This is a fun, up-lifting 30-minute class that meets on Sundays, 3-3:30PM, taught by Anna Hiers (Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour Certified)—and it’s free! Please log in 5-10 minutes before class begins. If you participate, consider having a yoga block on hand (a fat book will do in a pinch), a strap, and one or two thick towels.
