Give Us Your Input in the Nourish, Grow, and Go! Strategic Plan
A team of parishioners have been hard at work creating goals for the Nourish, Go and Grow Strategic Plan. We’ve reached a point where we need feedback from the parish.
As many of you recall, this process began last spring (over a year ago) when we conducted focus groups to help determine the future direction of our parish. We looked at where does God want us to be as a parish in ten years. Groups met and shared their dreams for the future of St. Gregory’s.
From there the Vestry compiled all the data and narrowed it down to the three large directions: Nourish, Grow, and Go. Working teams then formed that included members of the vestry as well as other parishioners. These teams created SMART goals with action steps. Those goals will go into the final report that will be presented to the parish in January 2021 at the annual meeting. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic and Time-specific.

We are limiting each group to 20 people so we can manage the input. Once you sign up, you will get the Zoom link to attend and how to download the documents.

For those who want to participate but are not able to do so on Zoom or to download documents, please contact Kendall. She will have paper copies of the goals available in the church. You can arrange to go by the church and she will leave a copy for you to review there.
